I used to really like this salon before they renovated. But the quality of the nails just doesn’t match the price. The gel polish didn’t even last a week before it started chipping. This is the third time i have experienced this there and will not be returning. Just after one week and it looks like I need a refill. One of my nails is even lifting. Dissatisfied
They really treat you like a pampered queen at Omnia. I love my moening mimosa with a pedicure. The technicians are always nice and friendly. Lisa is my favorite tech so far. I love how she did my short, short nails.
The receptionist Morgan is very rude, when I told her I was dissatisfied with my nails, she told me it was between me and the nail tech not her. The salon is nice and Luxury. but the quality and price doesn't match. I been coming here Quite a while. My nails does not last longer than a week. The Gel polish is horrible I got my nails done Friday and today is Saturday. A few times I had to come home an file and shape my nail myself. service is horrible not worth the money. receptionist is horrible. Don't waste your money and time
I got manicures done for the first time at this location. I will never go back. First of all the woman was really harsh and rude to me. Secondly, she did everything so fast in few minutes that my nails didn’t get dry in every layer which is why there are bubbles on every nails. I might have never been to manicures before that but I did watch lots of videos and knew how step wise things are done. I had high hopes for it. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all. Very disappointed with not just their work but also their behavior.
This was my first time here, the staff is nice and the place is clean. However, i was charged $70 for a gel manicure!! I’ve never heard of such prices😭😭 i hate to leave a review like that but i was so shocked. Unfortunately i probably won’t be coming back. …
This place is clean and efficient. Tracy was amazing. She was so kind and attentive to detail. She checked in throughout the whole process and made sure things weren’t too hot or cold, and really took care of my feet. I let her know that I had a blister on my right heel and she was so careful the whole time not to hurt it. They didn’t have the exact color I wanted in gel so she worked with me until we found an option I liked. My toes look great!
Someone recommended Katiee and I’m so happy to have been serviced by her. The salon itself is very nice with an upscale look and feel to it. It’s clean, quiet, and smells amazing! I received an essential pedicure with regular polish and an acrylic refill with gel polish and four designs. Katiee was so calm, friendly, professional, and competent. She fixed the mistakes of my last nail tech and made my nails look even better. She executed the design I asked for expertly and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Also, the price was reasonable and the service included a complimentary mimosa (other beverages were available). I rebooked with Katiee before I left the salon. I think I’ve finally found a place that provides the quality work I’ve been looking for.
Stunning salon & the friendliest staff. Have been searching for a new nail spot after a few bad experiences at my old one. I had Jennifer as my tech for my first experience here and have already booked my next appointment with her. 10/10 recommend! And they have wine 😉 …
